Summons of Pain
An extradimensional gateway that leads to pleasure and pain so great it will tear your soul apart.
Press the Power button to create a gateway and release the button to open it. Once opened, tap the Ability button to summon forth a possessed chain under your control. Direct the chain into a Survivor to bind them.
A Survivor bound to a chain is unable to sprint. Their movement speed will decrease further as they're hit with a second and third chain. Survivors can perform the Break Free action to escape.
Lament Configuration: If left alone, the Lament Configuration initiates a Chain Hunt by summoning chains to pursue Survivors.
A Survivor carrying the Lament Configuration will be afflicted with the Oblivious status effect and chains will occasionally be summoned to attack them. The Survivor must solve the Lament Configuration to end the Chain Hunt and remove the puzzle box from their possession. While doing this, The Cenobite will see their location and be able to teleport to it.
When The Cenobite picks up the Lament Configuration, a Chain Hunt is activated. Additionally, all Survivors are instantly bound by chains, causing them to scream and reveal their locations.
The Lament Configuration will spawn in a new location after The Cenobite or a Survivor has used it.
Addons
Leather Strip
Decreases Summons of Pain's cooldown time after possessing a chain by 3%.
Lively Crickets
Increases turn rate of possessed chains by 10%.
Burning Candle
Decreases the time for Chain Hunts to activate by 3 seconds.
Bent Nail
Gain 100% bonus Bloodpoints when binding a Survivor with a possessed chain. When hitting a Survivor with a possessed chain, only 1 additional chain will spawn.
Wriggling Maggots
Increases turn rate of possessed chains by 15%.
Spoiled Meal
Increases the possessed chain's maximum travel distance by 2 meters.
Skewered Rat
Decreases Summons of Pain's cooldown time after possessing a chain by 9%.
Liquified Gore
Increases the time it takes Survivors to solve the Lament Configuration by 1 second.
Flickering Television
Increases the maximum casting range of the gateway by 4 meters.
Torture Pillar
Decreases the time for Chain Hunts to activate by 6 seconds.
Slice of Frank
Survivors carrying the Lament Configuration are inflicted with Exhausted.
Larry's Remains
Increases the time it takes Survivors to solve the Lament Configuration by 2 seconds.
Larry's Blood
Increases the possessed chain's maximum travel distance by 4 meters.
Frank's Heart
Increases the maximum casting range of the gateway by 8 meters.

Impaling Wire
When a Survivor uses the environment to break a chain, an additional chain will target them.
Greasy Black Lens
Survivors hit by a possessed chain are revealed for 6 seconds.
Chatterer's Tooth
Reveal the Lament Configuration. Picking up the Lament Configuration deactivates Chain Hunts. Gain the Undetectable status effect for 25 seconds after picking up the Lament Configuration. Undetectable hides the Killer's aura, Terror Radius and Red Stain.
Iridescent Lament Configuration
When a Chain Hunt is inactive, Survivors beyond 24 meters of the Lament Configuration cannot see its aura.
Engineer's Fang
Possessed chains injure healthy Survivors, but do not bind them or spawn additional chains. Increases the time to close the gateway after hitting a healthy Survivor with a possessed chain by 50%. When hitting an injured Survivor with a possessed chain, only 1 additional chain will spawn.
